Here is a list of guidelines you require as a restaurant-<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Display_FSSAI_License\"><\/span><strong>Display\nFSSAI License<\/strong><strong><\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The Restaurant has to display the FSSAI Licenses on their premises. Furthermore, they have to mention safety messages on the food items to make sure that you comply with the FSSAI Guidelines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Under The Food Safety and Standards (Licensing and Registration of Food Business) Amendment Regulations, 2018, it is mandatory for restaurants to display food safety boards mentioning details about hygiene, good manufacturing practices, etc. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Cancellation_of_FSSAI_License\"><\/span><strong>Cancellation of FSSAI License<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If your\nlicense is canceled, then you can appeal to the State Commissioner of Food\nSafety. They cannot renew the license, if not applied within 30 days before the expiry of license. A food safety officer conducts an inspection and further identifies the level of compliance followed by the food business operators. Based on this, it issues an improvement notice as per section 32 of the FSS Act, 2006.
