Advocate Narendra Kalra is an experienced litigator and legal advisor having 30+ years of experience. He is an alumnus of Agra University, where he got great exposure to manage teams, handle hardship, and define personal leadership goals and responsibilities.

His dynamism both as an advocate as well as an individual, accredited with qualities such as transparency, clarity, decisiveness, passion and modesty has brilliantly excelled him, as a brilliant prosecutor.

In a span of approx. 30 years, he has inter-alia accomplished expertise in handling various matters before various legal forums before Hon’ble Supreme Court, Delhi High Court and various other Hon’ble High Courts of India, Forums and Tribunals, inter-alia being Foreign Exchange Management Tribunal, National Company Law Tribunal, National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, National Consumer Dispute Redressal Forum, Securities Exchange Board Of India, Securities Appellate Tribunals, Debt Recovery Tribunal, Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Central Administrative Tribunal and before various Judicial & Quasi-Judicial Forums. He also represented Union of India in Delhi High Court as Additional Standing Counsel for almost 6.5 years. He is experienced in providing legal advice and legal opinion on queries raised by the company in legal issues and advising on the latest government regulations. While practicing as an advocate he has also been a legal consultant to various Companies & Nationalized Banks and various other Government Authorities & Institutions.

He handles matters including matrimonial matters, company cases, recovery cases, property related matters, injunction suits, NIA and cheque bounce matters, MACT, Labour and Industrial Disputes, Consumer court cases etc.
