How much time it takes for mutual divorce? How I apply for the divorce with my husband?

Answer-1:

 The pre-condition for filing the divorce is that 1 year of marriage must have been completed before filing divorce. And both the parties must not be living together for at least 1 year. Here living together doesn’t mean living in separate houses, it just means not living together as husband and wife. Both the parties need to sign divorce papers with mutual consent.

 Answer-2:

Hello, time period of divorce varies as per number of proceedings and hearing and circumstances of the case. In some cases, it takes around a year but in some situation it takes more than 2 years. You can apply for divorce in family court of your jurisdiction.
