In case of non-compliance of provisions of the said act, what is the penalty?

Ans.  

If someone violates the provisions of the act, penalty amount of Rs. 50,000/- can be imposed. On repetition of same offence again, it may lead to penalty double the amount. It may also lead to revocation of registration of license of entity by authorized authority.
