Hi, please help me. I buy property in Allahabad when I was married to my wife 3 years back. I paid all amount as my wife was house wife. I put papers in the name of her. But now we are separated, divorce proceedings are going on and she refused to give property in my name. How can I get my property back?

Hello there! You need to have evidences that money was paid by you and property was just held by your wife as Trustee or in a fiduciary capacity. You can file a suit and put evidences before the court to get your property back. Please contact for more query.

If the property is in the name of your wife she can transfer it as per her own wish. She can present that you have give property to her as gift.
