Hi. I need help. I came to know that someone has copied the design of our website and is has used the same on their website. What can I do to stop them?

Firstly, you can communicate them by email or letter. If still nothing is done to stop then you can send a legal notice to cease to use the website design. You may write your copyright on the said web design and can even ask to pay compensation for loss incurred. It is advised to take professional help to write legal notice.
