What to do if I resigned from company 6 months back but still company has not paid my whole dues. I emailed them numerous times but no actions taken by them. My money is stuck there. Pease help me.

Firstly try to contact company through email or written letter and send reminders. If nothing is done after this send a legal notice through lawyer asking employer to pay your dues. If still nothing is done you can file complaint in police station with help of lawyer or you also have option to file labour complaint before Labour commissioner asking company to repay dues. You also have option to file civil suit but it takes long time. So labour complaint is convenient then civil suit for recovery.
